My Blog List... Chatty
My Blog List interesting
from an old gravestone
If you hold your nose to the Grindstone
and you leave it there long enough,
Then soon you'll say
there's no such things
as brooks that babble
and birds that sing,
these three will all your world compose,
just you, the stone and your poor old nose.
(from memory so may not be word perfect)
and you leave it there long enough,
Then soon you'll say
there's no such things
as brooks that babble
and birds that sing,
these three will all your world compose,

I'll bookmrak this and listen when I've read the story. Thanks, Val!

ReplyDeleteI love a good Radio play and joined a group who enjoy Saturday Night Theatre plays..some of the earlier ones are really good listens!
DeleteI only know Robert Westall for The Machine Gunners but, like you, love a radio play so thanks very much!
ReplyDeleteI'm ashamed to say I hadn't heard of him until I heard the play and then I searched him out...radio has introduced me to some great writers!
