A very short glimpse of a Mother and Baby Otter that swam up to check us out. Sorry they are not too close but the Otters control how close they are..they came up to us and checked us out :0)
You can tell we are quite a distance away as Sea otters to my amazement are huge ...up to 5 feet in length!

Wonderful. I think the wildlife is one of the best bits about a holiday. Maybe not the mozzies. Or anything slithering.
ReplyDeleteNothing slithery lives here so that's a plus :0)
DeleteMozzies a bit pesky this year but not a major nuisance thank goodness!
That's amazing! :-)
ReplyDeleteThey were lovely Cath and different otters kept checking us out on different days.. a better lens for the camera would be handy but it's so nice as they come up to us :0)
DeleteLovely! Otters here are small, elusive, shy creatures, but again, thrilling to catch sight of.
ReplyDeleteHere they can be elusive but in the more out of the way spots they are quite curious and we are their entertainment :0)
DeleteLove the movie and photos! So exciting.
ReplyDeleteNan it was so much fun! We were so lucky :0)
