A Truely Good Man

When he was asked in a televised interview who owned the patent to the vaccine, Salk replied: "There is no patent. Could you patent the sun?"

      It seems so out of proportion if not just darn wrong not to shout about the people who selflessly made a difference, doesn't it?

    How amazing. It would be wonderful to hear more about people like this, instead of the ones that got very wealthy from it all and hit the headlines.

    I have a good friend who missed out receiving the vaccine and caught polio.
